  • It is about playing an active role by providing solutions.

Org-charts will be very different from today and will be centred around cross-functional collaboration.

Imagine how great it would be to end departmental fights and start looking what patients, HCPs, payers, researchers and all the other stakeholders really need!

By the way: Department comes from "depart" and does not even have a semantic link to collaboration!

There is no other place in the world where know-how and knowledge about specific diseases is so concentrated as in the respective pharmacetical company.

The value of sharing this knowledge and wisdom will be tremendous!
